What would a farm be without animals? For the children there are always rabbits and puppies to play with, a donkey and a mule to hug, ponies to ride and pet, eggs to gather and kittens to search for. |

Riding is available by the hour or half-day trip ($25 for the first hour and $20 for the rest) and is exclusive to overnight guests at Twin Wheels Farm. The ride along our quiet forest trails will take you past several lakes, streams and beaver ponds. (A waiver must be signed for this activity.) We would ask that guests bring their own riding helmets when possible. |
Canoeing is available on a private lake on our farm with canoes, paddles and some life jackets provided. If you have your own life jackets we suggest you bring them as not all sizes are available. For those who wish to bring their own gear, we are close to the Madawaska and Bonnechere Rivers, Algonquin Park's Barren River Canyon and various other waterways. |

If you are a biking or hiking enthusiast, you can try miles of challenging bush trails or choose endless, quiet scenic roads. You can either take the bush trails located on the property or plan a day trip into Algonquin Park or the Barren River Canyon. |
Enjoy a cool dip in our private lake and relax on our quiet beach. It's just a 10 minute walk from the cabin down a forest trail. Take a lunch or book and spend the day. |
Hot lunches or buffets can be requested following the sleigh rides with sufficient notice. |
